The Organiser has made available
a number of meeting rooms to cater for Exhibitors
wishing to hold private meetings or conduct product
briefings during the Event.
Parkside Meeting Rooms G01, G02 and G03 are available
for bookings on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday
for confirmed Exhibitors only.
These meeting rooms are able to seat up to 80
people theatre style, are equipped with phone,
power and high speed data lines, a fully dimmable
lighting system, electronic security access, 1
x 8 feet x 6 feet motorised screen, lectern and
microphone and an overhead projector.
The cost of meeting room hire is to be confirmed
in late 2007. Meeting Rooms can be hired for a
two hour minimum block.
